Delivery

Orders placed before 1.00pm on weekdays (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day and delivered within 24-48 hours* by courier (*depending on location). The parcels are delivered by our chosen carrier company between 8.30 am and 6.00 pm on weekdays (excluding Bank Holidays).

To track your order, log into your Henry Schein account, select ‘Account Management’ in the ‘Explore All’ menu. Select ‘Order History’ and click the ‘View & Track’ link beside the order. Scroll to the list of products in your order and click on the ‘Track’ link beside each product you wish to track.

Please note that items from one order may be dispatched separately.

Arranging a Consumable Return

(For Equipment Returns please click here)  

It’s simple to arrange a return from your online account by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to your account dashboard – Orders
  2. Click on the header – Returns
  3. View the status of past returns or click – Request Return
  4. See a list of items purchased that are eligible for return
  5. Identify the item(s) to be returned and
    1. Select the quantity to be returned
    2. Select the reason for the return
    3. If selecting reason codes ‘other’ or ‘faulty’ please give additional information
  6. Following selection, the item(s) will drop into the ‘Returns cart’ at the bottom of the page
  7. Edit or remove the items from the ‘Returns cart’ if you need to make changes
  8. You can search for items to return using the ‘search box’
  9. View ‘non-returnable’ items by sliding the toggle switch above the headers
  10. Confirm your selection in the ‘Returns cart’ once all items for return are selected
  11. To finalise the return, enter you preferred collection date for the Carrier to call and collect the parcel
  12. Add any information that will help the Carrier successfully collect the parcel such as closures for lunch, early finishes etc
  13. Check the collection address is for the correct location
  14. Check the email address is correct – this is where the Carrier Returns label(s) will be emailed
  15. Click confirm when all information is correct and complete.
  16. Read the ‘Important Return Information’, click ‘Understood, submit my return’
  17. The submitted return confirmation will show on screen and can be saved as a pdf.
  18. The carrier will call to the collection address with a label to stick onto the parcel.
